- Ensure the "AUTO" control of the GV-Bypass PID is OFF.
- Check the Present Position on the VI. If it is already closer to 100% and also whether the limit switch for OPEN is GREEN. If not, then fully open the GV-Bypass (wait until you can see the limit switch for OPEN is GREEN).
The following is an example screenshot when the GV-Bypass is fully opened
- Wait until the pressure is stabilized (here you have to coordinate with the Target Expert to find which pressure you will need it to be stabilized).
- Open GV (Gate Valve), and wait until the fridge pressure is stabilized.
- Fully close the GV-Bypass valve.
- Turn ON the boosters of the roots-stack (from bottom to top ).
- Crack open the RUN valve by 0.54 turns.
- Turn ON the microwave following Microwave Operation.
