The issue detail page in TAPP is where you enter Actual Results by hovering over field and click pencil. Capture as much detail as possible about steps taken including EEID (no PII or PID info please) in order to recreate and troubleshoot any failed scenarios.
How to advance the workflow:

- Click “Testing” to start
New buttons appear, Pass, Fail and Start Testing
- If you Fail a test
Be sure that the "Assign" field has the name of a consultant or SME.
Enter Comments regarding how it failed (bottom of issue page)
