1) Get the Target Cell aligned with the beam position (link the procedure here from the Target Lifter Manual)
2) Tune the NMR system (both Diode tune and phase tune), including taking the baselines for each channel (with 5000 sweeps): How to get the UVA-NMR (NMR1) system on the cryo-platform ready
3) Get the fridge at constant temperature and pressure to thermalize the material (link the procedure here from the Fridge Manual)
4) Have the magnet ramped up with 74.5 A current (link the procedure here from the Magnet Manual)
45) After confirming the thermal equilibrium, you can take data from the NMR system (you can start taking data while ramping up the magnet, just keep a record of the time to identify when you reach thermal equilibrium)
6) Make a copy of the events.csv file
7) Take the columns "Area" and "Pressure"
8) Use http://twist.phys.virginia.edu/tools/te_calcnew.php to calculate the TE calibration constant for the channel you are taking data.
9) Enter the new calibration constant in the PDP while its running and continue taking data
10) Take 3 different thermal equilibriums (3 different pressures in the fridge) and ensure that we get the same calibration constant for each channel
11) Do Steps (3) to (10) for the rest of the rest of the channels

Other Notes
- Load the target material to the target cups.
- Load the insert.
- Tune the NMR system and get it ready with the channels that are going to be used. Take baselines, and start taking data.
- Get the microwave system ready.
- Ensure magnet and fridge has sufficient amount of LHe.
- Ramp-up the magnet.
- Ensure the roots rotary vane pump is running and gv bypass partially open to regulate the fridge pressure and temperature.
Steps:
First open gv-bypass all the way to bring pressure down and regulate flow then open GV.
After GV is open for a while you can then close gv-bypass. - Let the fridge pressure and temperature stabilize around 20 Torr and 1.95 Kelvin.
- Once the NMR system starts showing the signal, calculate the TE calibration constant and enter it on PDP (NMR Terminal).
- Open the change the gate-valve bypass out from PID, open it completely, and then open Gate-Valve, after that close gate-valve bypass completely.
- Start applying the microwave.
