  1.  Open Open the collection to which where you want to add a member
    • The collection will open in the View
      page
      tab
  2.  Click on the Members tab 
    • Find Members in the top right corner under the magnifying glass icon
    • The tab will open
     Click on
  3.  Click People
    • The “People in collection” page will open with a user table
      A table of members will appear
  4.  If you only want to modify one member’s status and/or role: 
    1. Click on Edit next to the member’s name in the member table 
    2. Change the user’s status and role
    3. Click on Update Membership
    • A message will appear to confirm the membership update
    • If you only wanted to modify one member’s status, you can end this guide here
  5.  Select the usernames members you would like to modify manage 
    Use
    1. Check the
    checkboxes
    1. first box in the first
    column
    1. row of the
    user table
  6. Note: You must check the box at the top of the first column
    1. member table
    2. Select checkboxes next to each member name
  7.  Click  Click on Choose an operation
    • Find this drop-down menu above the table and to the left of the "Execute" button
    • A drop-down menu will unfold
  8.  Select the change you would like to make to the selected usersmembers
    • To
    modify the user
    • change a member's role: click
    on
    • Modify OG User Roles
    • To delete a
    user
    • member:
    click on
    • click Remove from Group
    • To modify a member’s status (shown in the “State” column):
    click on
    • click Modify Membership Status
  9.  Click on Execute 
    • A status page will appear
      depending on the modification you chose
  10.  Make any changes to membership 
  11.  Click on  Click Confirm
    • A message will
      appear to
      confirm
      the
      your membership update
