  1. Ensure the "AUTO" control of the GV-Bypass PID is OFF.ON if you are in the Hold Mode.
  2. Ensure the magnet is ramped-up, if not communicate with the Target Expert to confirm which mode (Driven or Persistent) is going to be used.
  3. Follow the steps on Magnet Power Supply Ramping Up - Down Procedure to ramp-up the magnet if the plan is to run with the "Persistent Mode"
    If the plan is to run with the "Driven Mode", then follow the instructions on How to change the magnet from the Persistent Mode to the Driven Mode
  4. Click "Full Open" Check the Present Position on the VI. If it is already closer to 100% and also whether the limit switch for OPEN is GREEN. If not, then fully open the GV-Bypass (wait until you can see the limit switch for OPEN is GREEN).

  5. Wait until the pressure is stabilized (here you have to coordinate with the Target Expert to find which pressure you will need it to be stabilized).
  6. Open GV (Gate Valve), and wait until the fridge pressure is stabilized.


  7. Fully close the GV-Bypass valve.
  8. Turn ON the boosters of the roots-stack (from bottom to top ). Ensure to wait 1 min per each pump when you turn them ON one after the other.
  9. Crack open the RUN valve by 0.54 turns (look for Fridge Valves VI on the CCP).
  10. Turn ON the microwave following Microwave Operation.
