10On the way to NM3

Turn ON the ODH fans
OPEN the backfill gHe supply line (+ regulator to 4 psi + the valve D) on the cryoplatform
Turn ON the lights in the cave

11In-cave (before loading)Connect the hook to the insert's eyebolt
12In-cave (before loading)

OPEN the two hand valves on the backfill panel to backfill the fridge. Ensure the pressure gauge is increasing to 0 psig (atmospheric pressure).
Confirm the gHe flow coming out from the 0.5 psig relief valve with your hand.

13In-cave (before loading)Do you have an extra seal ready?
14In-cave (before loading)Have you checked the 0.5 psig relief valve's venting?


Wear cryo-gloves
15In-cave (before loading)Open the fridge banc-off flange and take off the seal.
16In-cave (loading)Load the insert

In-cave (loading)Place Install the clamp with the seal and install the clamp, and after that you can remove the cryo-gloves, and connect NMR cables and/or microwave wave-guide
17In-cave (after loading)Have you closed the two hand valves on the backfill panel?
Have you confirmed whether the insert-top with the seal closed the fridge properly?
18On the way back from NM3

Have you turned OFF the lights in the cave?
Have you turned OFF the fan?
Have you CLOSED the backfill gHe supply line (+ the valve D) on the cryoplatform?

Fill the LN2 tub, and blue transport dewar, and have some LN2 in the portable handheld dewar at the material handling station

Load the insert cups with the material, attach the blue transport dewar to the bottom of the insert,
and then hang the insert on the cart by installing the collar with screws

11On the way to NM3Have you installed the insert handle, and connected the hook to the insert's eyebolt?
12In-cave (before loading)

OPEN the two hand valves on the backfill panel to backfill the fridge. Ensure the pressure gauge is increasing to 0 psig (atmospheric pressure).
Confirm the gHe flow coming out from the 0.5 psig relief valve with your hand.
