Infrastructure Checks: Make sure insert coils and temperatures sensors are working.  Check that each NMR coil is able to see the crystal signal.  Check the each Cernox is work in LN2.  Make sure each Q-meter is working and each Lambda/2 cable is connected well and you have seen a crystal signal with each prior to target insert installation.  Make sure microwave have been tested and all is ready.

11At NM3

One person should go to the cave while the other person connecting the blue transfer dewar with LN2 to the hook at NM3.
The person in NM3 should wait until the blue transport dewar is taken into the cave by the person in the cave, and then go to the cave.

12In-cave (before unloading)

Place the blue transport dewar with LN2 on top of the magnet cryostat so you can quickly submerge the target cups as soon as the insert is taken out.

13In-cave (before unloading)OPEN the two hand valves on the backfill panel to backfill the fridge. Ensure the pressure gauge is increasing to 0 psig (atmospheric pressure).
Confirm the gHe flow coming out from the 0.5 psig relief valve with your hand.
14In-cave (before unloading)Disconnect the NMR cables and waveguide and place those away from the fridge with care.
