D.) What the LCW temperature.  If F:NM4LCWT1 goes above 100F or QT[1-5]A and QT[1-5]B start to average over 105F (a few fluctuations over this are ok) then let the Target Expert know.
      Also its advisable if the Target Operator checks the outside weather forecast (https://weather.com/weather/today) and communicates to the Target Expert and the Run Coordinator if there is an extreme
      temperature prediction.

E.) Power Outages can be very hard for the cryogenic system to recover from.  If you have a an outage or even a power flicker, let the Target Expert know.
