- Make sure the Liquefier is on "Run + Manual" mode
- Make sure the cold-heads are warm (at room temperature). If not, then manually turn ON cold-head heaters on the "Compressors" screen and wait until they get warm up to room temperature.
- Make sure the Dewar Pressure is about 6 psi or above
- Start opening the hand valves to vent from the ports (select the relevant one) shown in the following picture. Follow the next step immediately after this one.
- Open the portable gas bottle to (say 10psi) > open the supply hand valve > Open vent for a while to bleed > Close the vent hand valve > Open SV01 from the PLC (close SV03)
> Open REGX green hand valve > Open SVPA (SVPB) on the PLC Liquefier A (or B) panel
- Let it to bleed and pressurize (via the external bottle) for some time and then measure the purity of that liquefier via SRV512A(or B)
