  2. Confirm all roles and conditions match the exact data in the condition rules.  Michelle, Jacki, Kyle, Cheyrl, See the pdf of the bp to review -UVA-181. The pdf has all condition rules for SIS team to confirm.
  3. Prioritize issues as 'go-live critical'.

  1. Which tenant?
    1. UVA3 is 'messy' and out of date.
    2. Do we need to coordinate with anyone else on UVA3?
  2. Refresh UVA3?
  3. UVA7 - last refreshed end of August.  
    1. Teresa to ask Syed if we can use UVA7.
  4. Sandbox?  We only have a week.  Sandbox exemption is not ideal.
  5. Clean up UVA3 - Accenture to help?  
    1. Clean up the Pending requests.
    2. But - some of the data stewards might not be in there.

        1. Once we receive list, Michael and Kelli to update
      2. General Roles
        1. SIS team to review the roles
        2. Teresa to speak with Laura Hawthorne about 2 roles
      3. Load all Roles by Module
        1. Need to unit test - adding and removing roles, etc.
        2. For testing - Karen will let Litao and Michael know which they are adding and will be removed (UVA CC Local Admin, UVA FTP)
        3. Need to coordinate 
          1. Add - condition rules don't exist in bp
          2. Update - review/update condition rules in bp
          3. Remove - review/update condition rules in bp
          4. Include J and Diane for KT - to apply the changes. 
          5. For initial development - communicate the handful of testing data with J, Diane, Michael.
            1. FYI for testing team - these roles will appear and disappear
