  1. Open the video or audio from where you want to download a transcription
  2. Click the dialog bubble icon above the transcript
    • This is the first icon on the top toolbar 
    • Transcript options will expand
  3. Find the "Download" section on the options menu 
  4. Click SRT or InqScribe 
    • This determines which file type will download
    • The transcript will download to your computer
