The QT HMI sometimes gets frozen.  You  You might see an error message like the examples below.

If you are using the Windows computer for QT HMI at the control room, you should first close and open the remote viewer, "Sm@rtClient".  It it doesn't help, you should restart the QT HMI, as explained below.

we started to refill the purifier around 17:18, the QT-HMI freezes. We closed the session and the session was closed itself. We tried to login using the "Sm@rtClient", it established the connection but after few seconds the connection timed out.

 Normally, the error display would show: "Application HmRTm.exe encountered a serious error and must shut down".
