- HR created a diagram and web page, SIS, UBI, DIS created web pages
- RBA links to the web pages that include the process flow and roles
- For FST:
- Include a Quick Reference Guide (or job aids)
- Documentation/Description of the roles so they know what should be requested
- Focus materials on what they are requesting
- Do not need training - the above documents should be sufficient
