  1. Turn OFF HR3 (Kaeser) Compressor.
  2.  Close MV101 and MV102.
  3.  Crack open V17 and vent the pressure gently, until you don't hear a gas venting out, and close V17.
  4.  Close V14 and the hand-valve to the buffer tank.
  5.  Drain the oil/contaminants from the two plugs located at the bottom of F1 and F2 filters.
  6.  Close the drain plugs firmly.
  7.  Turn ON the power supply to the HR3, and check it's pressure on the small screen. If it is showing zero, then slowly open the path to the buffer tank until the pressure reading on the Kaeser screen shows a positive value.
  8.  Open MV101 (inlet).
  9.  Start the HR3 running, with opening the 'Erik's valve'.
  10.  Flush gHe by opening NV02 valve, and close NV02.
  11.  Open Open V14.
