The QT HMI sometimes gets frozen. You might see an error message like the examples below.

If you are using the Windows computer for QT HMI at the control room, you should first close and open the remote viewer, "Sm@rtClient".  It it doesn't help, you should restart the QT HMI, as explained below.

we started to refill the purifier around 17:18, the QT-HMI freezes. We closed the session and the session was closed itself. We tried to login using the "Sm@rtClient", it established the connection but after few seconds the connection timed out.

How to Restart QT HMI (not PLC)

1) Notify the Target Expert
2) Access the cryo-platform
3) Open We opened the QT-HMI cupboard and plug-out and plug-in the green power cable to the QT-HMI screen. It helped us to reboot   Note that it restarts only the QT- HMI, not the PLC. 

4) After doing the above step, login through exit the hall and go to the control room.
     Then, open the "Sm@rtClient" . software on the QT-Terminal, and use the password written on the QT terminal monitor to login.
