- Ensure the magnet is in the "Persistent Mode" (if not follow the steps on the Magnet Power Supply Ramping Up - Down Procedure page)
- Confirm that the main and shim switch heaters are OFF.
- Check the "Output Current (A)". If it is showing the same current as "Persistent Current (A)", then Click the Toggle button shown in the above screenshot.
Then the screen will show "SWITCH HEATER CHANGING STATE, PLEASE WAIT" (see the following screenshot).
