These activities will be the template for the Production cutover plan - so please update with any activities that are required for the Sandbox and Production migrations.

Timeline:

  1. Prepare in Sandbox (2-ish days):
    1. Update condition rules (38)
    2. Update notifications
    3. Create role based group
    4. EIB to make assignments (Billy sent current list to Kelli)
    5. Create Adaptive User Based Group
  2. Adaptive team to identify scenarios:
    1. Remove everyone from user-based group - use EIB to add them to new role-based group - Run Sync - Adaptive team to confirm 
    2. Add new users
    3. Remove users
  3. Have a call where we implement in SBX (early in the week)
    1. Adaptive team to test in SBX
    2. Sec Admin to test/validate in SBX
  4. Have a call where we implement in Prod (early in the week)
    1. Full team to validate and enter Test Transaction
    2. Communicate 
    3. MTP:
      1. Week of 9/19: Implement & Test in Sandbox
        1. 9/19-20: Matt to configure/Implement in SBX
        2. 9/21-22: Adaptive & RBA Test/Validate
      2. Week of 9/26: Migrate/Implement & confirm in Prod

9/19/2022  - Met with Michele Gregory and Bill Mak on Friday, they will handle the communications and can post on the Adaptive site and Michele will reach out to the FST Communications (Brandi) team as well.   There is one big open SF ticket for Phil Pollick which is in progress, that they will grandfather.    Note training is REQUIRED for Adaptive
