1. New Roles on Project Team
   1. Sponsor: Executive Director for Library IT Stan Gunn is now our SLT project sponsor. Centering sponsorship in Library IT ensures the system remains neutrally managed and placed, as it will serve a wide variety of collections managers and stakeholders. Our sincere thanks to our initial SLT project sponsor and Associate University Librarian for Archives & Special Collections Brenda Gunn, who will continue to monitor DAMS Implementation progress as it impacts her unit.
   2. Administrator/Manager: The Library's Technology Services Group (TSG) will be taking on the responsibility of administering the system for the Library. This ensures the system remains neutrally managed and placed, as it will serve a wide variety of collections managers and stakeholders. Renee will begin transitioning into the DAM administrator/manager role as the implementation begins. This will eventually lead to her supporting the ILS and DAM in a 50/50 capacity. Much appreciation to Carla Arton and TSG for absorbing this responsibility into their current team responsibilities so that the project can progress.
2. censhare contract (software rental) is final and in effect as of April 1, 2024
3. Avyre contract (implementation) is final and in effect as of Friday, June 21, 2024
