On December 18, 2023, we started to refill the purifier around 17:18, the QT-HMI freezes. We closed the session and the session was closed itself. We tried to login using the "Sm@rtClient", it established the connection but after few seconds the connection timed out. Please see the error below:
We opened the QT-HMI cupboard and plug-out and plug-in the green power cable to the QT-HMI screen. It helped us to reboot only the QT-HMI.
After doing the above step, login through the "Sm@rtClient" (password is written on the QT terminal monitor).
