1) Uniform v/s Gaussian distributions, and drawing random numbers

 Work through the Class11.ipynb  Jupyter Notebook.   Thinking about what is happening in each step and completing the exercises!

Done?  Add some documentation, and push them to your GitHub repository:    class11.ipynb .
