Navigation:
Press F5 > Display Settings (Press F5 again, If you want to return to the main screen)
(After pressing F5: you can navigate among the settings pages, and adjust values)
F1 / F2  >  Navigate to the Right / Left screens
F3 / F4 >  Increase / Decrease the parameter on the selected screen
Press F5 once you are done, to get back to the regular (green) display.
