Filling from a portable Dewar

1. Connect the portable LN2 Dewar as shown in this picture
2. Open AV11 and then open the "Liquid" valve on the portable Dewar
   
3. After filling up to ~90% close the hand valve on the portable LN2 Dewar and close AV11
