1. Install 2022 Q3, using a saved installer that UVA provided for Kenichi on 2023-07-10.
2. Create and log in to NI, using your UVA e-mail address.
   1. Any e-mail address could be fine.
3. Launch "NI License Manager".
   1. Click "Activate Software".
   2. Select "Enter a serial number" and enter the serial number into all fields.
   3. Click "Activate".
4. Start LabVIEW 2022 Q3 for confirmation.
5. Launch "NI Package Manager" (not "VI Package Manager").
   1. Click "BROWSE PRODUCTS".
   2. Click "LabVIEW and Drivers"
   3. Select "2019 SP1" and "64-bit", and click "INSTALL".
6. Launch "NI License Manager".
   1. Activate 2019 SP1, using the same serial number.
7. Start LabVIEW 2019 SP1 for confirmation.
