1. While you are seeing the error message, press the left-most button to clear the error message on the screen (see "1" label).
  2. Once the error message is gone, then press the right-most button to start the pump (see "2" label). Once the pump is started, you can notice that its rotation speed start increasing up to 1000 Hz.
  3. If the error message stays after performing the step #1, then turn OFF the pump using its power switch on its side bottom, wait for 10 seconds and turn the same switch ON, and perform the step #2.

If the pump behaves strangely and if you are not able to restart the pump, perform a Hard-Reset 

How to do a Hard-Reset on the HiCube pump

  1. Turn off the main power switch on the side of the pump.
  2. Unplug the main power connection from the pump.





  3. Wait until the pump controller screen completely turns off. (Even without power connected, the pump screen will be active for about 5 minutes.)
  4. Connect the power connection.
  5. Turn on the main switch.
  6. Wait until the controller boots up (Sometimes you will see a non-zero value indicating the current rotation speed)
  7. Press the rightmost button on the controller to start the pump (see "2" label in the first picture).
  8. Make sure the rotation speed starts increasing up to 1000 Hz.
